Co-operative learning- second topic

Co-operative learning involves two parts, the students must not only learn the assigned material but also ensure that all students in their group learn it too. In this way learning is social and cognitive.
For this study, Gardners Multiple Intelligences were used in conjunctions with co-operative learning.
Stewart (2009) found that improvements in classroom management and student learning had improved since using co-operative learning.
Teachers in the study found that time needed for lesson planning rose.
